DocuWorks Cloud app for iPhone and iPad

DocuWorks Cloud (iOS) is an application for DocuWorks Cloud services.
● Features available with DocuWorks Cloud (iOS)
- Thumbnail display and viewing of PDF documents, Microsoft Office documents, image files and DocuWorks documents in Workspace/My Private Folder/Tray/Working Folder archives
- Check Out and Check In for PDF documents, DocuWorks documents, and Microsoft Office documents (docx, xlsx, pptx)
- Simple Paste Annotation feature for PDF documents
- Show Recently Used Workspace
- Create New Workspace
- Display and create workspace shortcuts
- Create web links (URL)
- Show list of Workspaces, My Private Folders, Trays, Archives, Files
- Download document, Show Properties/Comment, Send to Workspace/Private Folder/Tray/Archive
- Send document to Workspace
- Upload photo/file
- Copy document in My Private Folder/Tray/Archive to Workspace
- Receive push notifications when document is sent to My Private Folder/displayed tray
- Display Notification History and Document Sent History/Operation History
- Rename document in Workspace, Delete document, Show Favorites menu, and Show Recently Used menu
- Camera image trapezoid correction, rotation, PDF/DocuWorks document conversion

● Specifications
- Supported document formats: PDF file (pdf), Word file (doc, docx), Excel file (xls, xlsx), PowerPoint file (ppt, pptx), DocuWorks file (xdw, xbd, xct), JPEG file (jpg, jpeg), TIFF file (tif, tiff), BMP file (bmp), web link (url)
- DocuWorks documents protected by a method other than password cannot be opened.

From July 21, 2023, by updating DocuWorks Cloud, the following contents will also be pushed to the mobile app.
- Tray sharing notification
- Document storage in shared tray (all including hidden) (however, notification can be turned OFF)
- Workspace sharing notification
- Document storage in shared workspace
Notification of document storage in tray/workspace can be enabled/disabled in DocuWorks Cloud (Web) for each tray/workspace.

● What is DocuWorks Cloud?
DocuWorks Cloud is a service provided by FUJIFILM Business Innovation that offers storage areas that can be used via the Internet. DocuWorks Cloud is a new cloud-based workspace with document sharing, delivery and editing capability for smooth and effective collaboration.

● Prerequisites to Use DocuWorks Cloud (iOS)
- You must be registered as a DocuWorks Cloud user in advance. User registration cannot be done from this application.
- Your device must be able to communicate with the server via Internet using HTTPS protocol.
Note: For smoother operation of DocuWorks Cloud (iOS), you can approve the following access permissions. Selective access permissions allow basic features of the service to be used without approval.

▪ Handling the DocuWorks Document on Google Drive
When you open a DocuWorks document on Google Drive, DocuWorks Cloud (iOS) may not appear in the application list.
In this case, open the DocuWorks document by performing the following operations.
1. In the application menu of your Google Drive, tap [Add to Reading List].
2. Launch Safari and tap the URL of the DocuWorks document in the Reading List.
3. Tap [Download].
4. Select DWCloud, or tap [Open in] and select DWCloud from the application menu.

When you tap a DocuWorks document link on Safari, a gray screen may appear and DocuWorks Cloud (iOS) may not launch.
In this case, long-press the DocuWorks document link, copy the URL, and then paste it in the Safari address bar to display the document.
